We have full-service facilities with car sales, service workshops, and spare parts sales in Falköping, Skövde, Alingsås, Trollhättan, Borås, Jönköping, Värnamo, and Partille. In Skövde, there is also an authorized service workshop for Lexus.

We are looking for you who want to be part of our professional service team and take on the role of Service Advisor at our service facility in Jönköping.

About the job

As a service advisor at Lindströms Bil, you will have daily contact with our guests, welcoming them with a friendly smile and guiding them on issues related to car usage, as well as booking appointments for service and workshop jobs. You will handle phone/email/chat, spare parts, campaigns, and your task is to always ensure that the guest is completely satisfied with their visit with us.

The role involves working where you are our face to the guest. You will be part of a tight-knit team with technicians, service advisors, and the service manager on-site. We work together to exceed our guests' expectations for quality and customer service and to create long-term relationships. We see that you preferably have a high sense of service over technical knowledge.

You have no problem structuring your work and re-prioritizing if the situation requires it, and you find it easy to follow established processes and routines. You have a strong commitment to your work, our guests, and a desire to develop yourself and your workplace through continuous improvements.

You are driven to achieve goals consistently and effectively, and open and honest communication is a given for you.

As a person, you are unpretentious, open, and caring in your approach and have an easy time creating and maintaining long-term contacts, both with customers and your colleagues. You are meticulous and structured in your work style and enjoy keeping things organized.

Other qualifications:

• Driver's license for manual transmission vehicles

• Preferably previous work experience in customer service with customer contact

• Outgoing personality with high social competence

• Computer skills and administrative competence,

• If you have knowledge of the vehicle data system Kobra and/or CABAS and prior car knowledge, this is highly meritorious but not a requirement.

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
